RED.
The color is spontaneous and vibrant. It alerts. It loves. It’s also been known to raise blood pressure. Why do you think hospital walls are white not red? Red is not for the faint of heart. It’s bold and suggests power. Even my mother has a red suit that she reserves for "special" ocassions.
In nature red is used for a variety of fruits and vegetables, such as cherries, strawberries, tomatoes and radishes. Change the shade a bit and you have the rich reds of fall. Or the classy richness of burgandies used in university logos or elegant advertising. Add a little bit of white and you have the pinks of cotton candy and the rainbow of flower petals. Red roses, pink petunias.
